Overpriced for a standard deduction personal tax return. Still haven't received our original documents back from him. It's the middle of June. Refuses to respond to emails.
First time customer and Jake treated me excellent. I unfortunately was having to leave town abruptly for work and Jake was able and willing to get me in to complete my taxes during his busiest time of year and before they were due. Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable!!!! Thanks Jake
