My mom was in this facility. She had great caregivers of whom I will never forget. However, mom passed away there Apri 22 of last year. During that she was moved 3 or 4 times to different rooms. She hated being moved so much. The caregivers were so overworked as it was. Lots of falls could have been prevented with proper amount of employees.
