They really need reform. They get paid good and you would think that some of the drivers are making minimum wage and no benefits. The app sucks if it's cloudy and in an area that has a bunch of WiFi. Note to all Bus Riders. The drivers do not make the routes or bus schedules. We operate the Routes according to the time points of the organization we work for implement. We have a schedule to maintain and were not rude to the passengers. If you can not abide by the rules, then drive your own vehicle and leave at the time you want to. With the new route drivers pass by you and you don't have time to catch the right bus if you on the wrong side of the road they won't even stop and it takes longer
