First visit today: Valerie was my therapist and was very professional and empathetic. She listened to my questions and answered them to my satisfaction.
Words can’t describe the results I experienced from Valerie Spees at JOI Nocatee. I was diagnosed with 2 compressed discs in my neck. 6 weeks of working with/on me and I have more mobility and flexibility and less pain than I have had in years. I do not have words to describe how grateful I am for all PT sessions from Valerie. Professional, always knowing what patients are doing and if they need to do better. Can't say enough about the team at JOI Nocatee. Anthony, Bret and Steve pushed with me beyond what I thought was capable in my rehabbing of my knee replacement. Kim, the receptionist was so accommodating when I needed to adjust my PT scheduling. The team at JOI is awesome.
I really enjoyed the physical therapists Steve and Elaina at this location. The ONLY PROBLEM is the front desk employee. She is the first impression of J.O.I. and barely lifts her head to greet. Very moody and only speaks when she feels like it. Every new patient that comes to J.O.I. has been through a life changing physical event. The front desk employee is an asset to a therapeutic environment I have spoken to a few patients after my sessions and they have said the same.
