I was place on hold before I received a greeting. The phone was answered and the hold music was put on. When I did speak to someone I was told them what I needed. They claimed to not offer the service. The website said the service was offered and the same service was offered at every other branch. Not polite at all. No one seemed to want to help. I suggest making appointments for the Cabot branch. Very polite and eager to help

Ive been going to the Jacksonville Health Unit for Years! I’m normally greeted with a smile and respect. However, today was very different. I rushed away from my job praying that I made it before they closed. I looked at my grandson who was with me at the time. He was waiting so patiently to get his grapes that I promised him.
