Customer service needs improvement, quality of the service is below adequate, employees lack training and technical abilities to operate basic bank functions. You can no longer pay for loans with an external account, only ways to do it is with a third party- and they will charge you a fee to do so, and there is a $2,000 limit per payment. I spoke to the manager about these issues, especially issues regarding online transactions. I agree when you have been there for more than twenty years and now they're trying to treat you like there a normal bank and not the credit union that started out to be and that's wrong the employees are treat us like we're not important and they want to charge us fees upon fees on everything and anything when we never were prior. And it just makes you want to leave it because is it worth the aggravation that you get from the people when you call.
