Lila at your branch is consistently rude and today was the final straw! I asked for 4 packs of camel crush and she rings me up for 65.59. I questioned the amount that it is normally 52.00 and change. She gives me a stone face and says "cigarette prices have gone up dear". I get to my car and do the math that I just paid 16.47 per pack so I go back inside and tell her, she says "what are you taking about". I explain again and ask if she charged me for 5 packs. One of the worst costumer services .please don’t get inside old lady is on of rudest employees.
Worst form of disrespect experienced in this convenience store. Horrible woman yelled at my friend and I accusing us of stealing twice while we were filling up our soda cups. Looked like she was on something, didn’t speak to us while she checked us out and yelled for us to not come back again as we were walking out. After we told her we didn’t take anything she said “just take whatever just steal anything I don’t care anymore just take it. Take it.” Really weird experience.. can’t even say I was profiled? Good enough
A man immediately told me to leave because I had my bike. They have no bike racks or lock up spots to accommodate their dumb rule. I won't leave my 3k dollar bike Infront of a business people regularly sleep Infront of. I could of bought my drink and left in two minutes. I won't be back.
