Very helpful and polite.
By far the best convenience store experience in Mountain Home! Cashiers are awesome! The manager is a beast! There is nothing they won't do to satisfy the customer's needs. Their rewards program is top notch. The kitchen lady is adorable, and clearly serves food made with love. Every time I go in, I leave with a smile. These people love to have fun at work, and share that with the customers.
I regularly visit this store multiple times a day. Today, I saw a dark-haired woman, who was not the usual blonde attendant, working around the garbage cans. During my second visit, I noticed the same dark-haired woman wearing a hairnet while handling food.I do not believe she should handle food after touching the garage cans. No matter the time lapse.
When I arrived here someone named Hellen? (Almoat forgot her name) was very off putting. Not only were the very dismissive they came off as very rude to the other employees. I come in only once in awhile but to see the same behavior twice in a row is very surprising. Not in the good way either.
The pumps and surroundings areas are always clean. The cashiers are pretty great. I've heard the manager complain about irrelevant things that almost seems like employee abuse. Would rate higher but the burrito i got earlier.... smelled suspect. Every now and then I try the food and I'm usually disappointed. I go mainly for the cheap sodas clean pumps and kind cashiers.
