If I could rate this company 0 stars I would . Verida set me up a appointment to take a ride with jta. The lady driving wouldn't pull in my driveway I'm in wheelchair she demanded I come to the street and when I asked her to pull into the driveway she drove off . I missed my doctor appointment because of her. Very unprofessional and they don't care about anyone's safety.

Waited 12 minutes past the scheduled time. Went back inside the house to look out for the bus. The bus speeds down the street not even stopping at the bus station. We missed the bus. So annoying.

I had a weird experience with riding the bus today.i got on the Northside bus and a disrespectful bus driver decided he was going to threaten to throw me off the bus due to my phone being to loud.he basically wanted a apology and when I gave him one he still wasn't happy.im 38 and never experienced nothing like this with a bus driver that also accused me of not caring about his job,he needs to keep whatever house problems he have at home instead of his job.

No signs letting you know a bus is stopping...no sitting area. Nothing indicating Metro rocking and rolling. That made me sad STL up
