Bus drivers are very rude and nasty! They leave you as you run to the bus stop. They never follow the schedule- and they don’t care about respect! They talk to you any type of way! The drivers drive the bus while talking on their cellphones- and they don’t wait till you’re seated to move the bus!
Tried to get info on JTA ... but there's never a clerk in the place and the drivers can't seem to help.
I had a valid transfer pass, but I could not use it due to the bus arriving after thirty minutes, and not only did I have to wait beyond the purported time to get on the bus, but when I called to have this situation resolved, I was treated as though I don't actually ride this bus system. Buses here do not run every thirty minutes, according to the person on the phone. They are often late, if they even arrive at all. I have waited upwards of two hours for a bus to arrive. The drivers are very inconsiderate. One driver on the Bemis route told an elderly lady she wouldn’t put down the lift cause she isn’t in a wheel chair! They are always late- will keep going If they see you running to the stops! No help when you need directions they just say that’s not my route I don’t know
