Service – good place to shop. lots of selection on item on Italy and Spain tiles. Nice show room and good customer service
Negative customer service – Had made a purchase which was on sale but due to uneven color of tile, I wanted to return for an exchange. Was advised that sale items cannot be exchanged or even returned for a full store credit. Also there is a restocking fee of 25% should I wish to get a store credit. I feel it is not fair to pay a restocking fee if I'm not getting any money back. Merchant is not flexible or willing to help customers so next time I would be better off buying from Home Depot or Lowes where you can return sale it... read more
Great selection and good service...A+++ – 8000 SF showroom......that's huge.....with thousands of samples and selection...knowledgeable sales consultants. If you're looking for idea in tile and tiling (wall & Floor), this is the place to go. One stop shop flooring.
