Been going here for years! Always helpful and very reputable business.
They will not accept any deductions that you have. They refused to take our receipts for our out of pocket medical expenses that totals 14% of our gross income
The phone number listed is a fax machine, and the website is an Indonesian casino. I don't want to say it, but part of having a business in 2025 is being aware of your google results. Especially during tax season! This is irresponsible.
I was very disappointed with their service and would NOT recommend to anyone. I dropped off my taxes a year ago and ask for a review. I never received a response or anything. I contacted them multiple times via phone and text to just return my information but never once received a response. I went back to the location about a month ago and requested my tax file. Not once did they ever explain or apologize. They will never receive my business. If there was an option to give 00 stars I would. Negative 20/10.
