I just signed my lease April 7th. Vanessa sold me on the apartment, she was so nice and invited me to church. Here is the thing. I had an opportunity to move from a really crummy place into wherever I chose. I looked at dozens of apartments, lofts, houses., etc. I actually reached a point of reckless abandon with respect to cost because as an artist and content creator I needed to move into a place that I found aesthetically pleasing. The won’t ever fix anything and tell you that “they can’t do much” so it’s my fault the apt is completely a disaster zone? How can you collect rent then?! Vanessa is not helpful and has a really horrible attitude problem which I refuse to deal with her or talk to her. I give her attitude back and refuse to acknowledge her. I’m disappointed because the building seems full of potential.

I’m am currently a Tenant and i am not satisfied with the service the has been presented by the current property manager. There’s quite a few things that have been an issue for some time now and it seem like nobody doing their jobs. Maintenance keep is very quite poor.
