The won’t ever fix anything and tell you that “they can’t do much” so it’s my fault the apt is completely a disaster zone? How can you collect rent then?! Vanessa is not helpful and has a really horrible attitude problem which I refuse to deal with her or talk to her. I give her attitude back and refuse to acknowledge her. I’m disappointed because the building seems full of potential.

I’m am currently a Tenant and i am not satisfied with the service the has been presented by the current property manager. There’s quite a few things that have been an issue for some time now and it seem like nobody doing their jobs. Maintenance keep is very quite poor.

The manager's that are talked about in these reviews are no longer at the building............please check us out, our units are very nice.

Current resident: Don’t move in here! Unless you just don’t care about living conditions. We pay market price for a place that isn’t even worth it. The apts are very dirty and disgusting. Took me a whole week to clean it, the carpets are super filthy, so are the walls. We had to clean the carpets ourselves, which they are still gross. The walls have nasty stains. They refused to repaint or replace the carpet. We were under the impression that smoking wasn’t allowed, yet the person on the first floor smokes and it goes up int... read more
