I was trying to throw my trash away at the garbage station by the food court, closes to the library. The custodian lady with reddish brown hair was changing the bins with new garbage bags. I was simply standing there with my tray and was watching her do this, she knew I was standing there and didn’t offer to take my tray as I had to go.
