This has to be the absolute rudest woman I have ever encountered in any kind of service industry in my life! All she did was scream at me, cutting me off before I could tell her what I was looking for as she yelled at me not to talk over her and refused to even listen. I called her about a shipment she packed and shipped for an elderly gentleman who runs a one man show company in Michigan. UPS lost his goods and are refusing to pay him for the loss.
