This place used to be great with Mary behind the counter. Now the owner runs it because all his employees quit. I can see why. Went to drop off Ebay sales and was treated like asking for a receipt of my drop off was the most ridiculous request in the world. Would never give this place my business again.
Maryann at the counter does an exceptional job! She’s friendly, competent, to the point and is able to make a mundane task-mailing parcels, a pleasant experience. I’ve gone here for years and appreciate the excellent service.
How can you be a drop off location for ups but try to charge me to return an item that is supposed to be free at any location. This place is a scam and try’s to pocket your money.

Very friendly knowledgeable and pleasant. Never rude like post office is. They sell everything you need for shipping. The staff needs more than 5 stars. It’s the staff that makes the place
