I’ve just recently started using them along with the Post Net in Downtown Jackson, because I’ve been having major issues with USPS. I will drop them off and they will show they were dropped off and never left. I’ve left them reviews, but they’ve gotten taken down so I guess I’ll add it to my review here. So far, I have not had any issues with either of these two companies, every time I drop my package off I am able to track it and they always end up at their destination.
Not actually open until 5pm
You'd think if it said open until 5pm on their website and all over their building when I show up shortly after 4pm it'd be no sweat. Not a single person there doors are locked. Really inconvenient for people who work during the day.
