Ok ive used this place a long time mainly to drop off packages that ive already paid for a label. This time i had to ship an item that weighed less than a half a pound. I already had it boxed up n all, she charged me 12$!!! To ship it to NV. I said oh dang! When she told me how much n she claimed shipping had went up so much. Well i got home and looked it up. Extremely pleased and satisfied with the level of customer service, kindness and generosity from Maryann. The day I called her, I needed a styrofoam cooler and a box immediately. To take my 40lbs of venison back home on the airplane the next day, after my week long Michigan hunt. She explained that she would have to custom make the package from material she had left over. 15min later we picked up exactly what we needed @ No Charge, since it was leftover material.
