Love the changes I see happening at Highlands! Supportive Owners, Passionate Executive Director and Admin, Caring & Competent Med Aides and fun loving Care aides! Highlands is definitely moving in the right direction!
I’m a healthcare worker who frequently visits this facility. There were some negative reviews in the past, but it is currently under new management and the staff really seem to take an interest in the residents and in their care.
My mom has been at Highlands for several months. The staff is wonderful!! Katelyn and Amanda are doing an excellent job! They actually care about the residents very much! Not only are they great, but all the staff is friendly, kind and helpful! I highly recommend them for your family member!

Very caring and loving community!! Amanda goes above and beyond to make every "Family Member" (aka resident) feel loved, respected and welcomed! And that's because she treats them like they are her own family member! She has wonderful staff that shares in her beliefs of bringing each and every "Family Member" into their new home (The Highlands)!
