I have visited Jackson Lumber several times before, hoping for improvement, but my last visit confirmed the ongoing issues with customer service. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted despite being the only customer there. The staff member at the counter barely acknowledged my presence, asking if I had an account without making eye contact. Got 2 boards here a few months ago for a reasonable price for the exact size I needed. Come back to get the same exact thing and they tell me they can’t do that. Guess they don’t like to make money here I’ll go elsewhere.
