I did not get the help promised from this attorney. I paid the attorney in full which I was told will cover everything including mediation. I settled for less than I deserved at mediation so I would not have to pay any additional attorney fees beyond the retainer. Now, she wants thousands more in fees even though I was told there were no more fees if I settled in mediation. The x spouse is also in contempt of court for not complying with the court order.
