We had a wonderful experience with a very knowledgeable closing attorney who thoroughly navigated our closing process with great detail. They insisted on a new survey to fix an error on an older deed, which prevents future problems. We highly recommend them and will use them again! The attorney guided us through the closing with great care. We plan to use their services again and we highly recommend them for your real estate needs.
Jackson Law does not disappoint. Attorney Sam Iden is absolutely great to work with. Sam is the man, is what I say. He is responsive to my buyer and seller questions and helps us get to the closing table. Had 2 closings with this firm. One as a seller and ones as a buyer, both with JL representing the opposite party. Worst RE experience I've ever had. Sam Iden is not only incompetent but rude. I refuse to go to closing with JL involved ever again.
