I had to downgrade my review of this firm. I had given them 5 stars because they achieved a judgment in my favor, but the minute they received the last dollar they were owed, they contacted the defendant to advise him to pay me directly, which he never did. So all the money received from the judgement went to them and I had to retain another lawyer & sue again to receive the balance of the judgment owed. Found Michelle to be unethical in negotions, using lies, and intimidation. Representing Dr. JoAngela Johnston she falsified conversations to bully me into silence. Advised I have no 1st amendment rights, no patient rights after being abused by my therapist.
Be careful for their upcharging. We made an agreement several times and it ended up costing me way more than we discussed. Typical lawyer tactics to make more money off of you.
