Great experience and a friendly staff, every one smiled and was happy to see me even when I know there already Long day was not quite over. Dr Thomas Christensen was great, i feel he had my best interests in giving me the options to helping with my shoulder issue. I know I'll be seeing him and some of the others over the next six weeks and know there all there to help me get back to my normal self.
Everything about ROC Express was amazing. Everyone was friendly, fast, and provided excellent care. And Dr Webster was excellent with my daughter. He took the time to talk to her and explain everything in a way she could understand. He had more patience than I have ever experienced in a doctor. I walked in on my lunch hour expecting I would be spending the rest of the afternoon there because urgent Care is never quick. We were in and out with an X-ray within an hour!
Dr. Ries at ROC did my � hip replacement. He is a remarkable doctor. I really don’t have enough words to express his expertise, professionalism & everything else. As soon as my husband & I met him we just knew he was exactly who we were looking for. They did get me and I feel, and a very good time. When I arrived the attention was immediate and I was taking young with you in a few minutes. The x-ray technician did an excellent job. The express clinic was very helpful in helping with my son. He broke a bone in his foot and the PA was very easy with dealing with a 3 1/2 year old. Overall great experience and fast service, I think we were there maybe an hour at most

My ROC experience with 2 total knee replacements this year has been life-transforming. Dr. Boyden, his P.A. Garrity and his assistant Amanda were fabulous to work with. I am painfree and can move like I did 10 years ago!
I was seen almost immediately, was treated very kindly by staff.
Went in with a sore shoulder. Sarah was very good at explaining where the tears are and how they affect me. We developed a treatment plan that I can follow and surgery should never be needed.
