We have been several times to ROC Express and they are always fast, the staff is great, and they only do what is necessary!
I had an accident on vacation in Mexico and broke 4 bones in my foot, we flew directly home to Reno, a 17 hour voyage, and were seen the next morning at ROC. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Candie fully explained everything. We were fortunate to have such a caring provider. So glad to be going through this process at ROC instead of a beach clinic in Mexico!
I got great care at ROC express. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff. Matt took time to explain my injuries & treatment. I would definitely recommend this clinic. We are lucky to have it right in our neighborhood.
