Horrible service. This location is under new management. Horrible customer service. Long wait times and appointments aren’t honored. Owner said he is only under the name Jackson hewitt to stay open.said he can’t possibl take anyone as he only has one desk and no one else working. He is RUDE & Unpleasant. I have been coming here over 25 years and am now disgusted. Will find another tax preparer. Doug you should have never left!
