The agent that helped me was very pleasant she was super nice the reason why I'm giving you two stars is the price you charged me. My refund was $787.00 Jackson Hewitt got $451.00. anyone I know is low income like myself so no I would not recommend Jackson Hewitt to anyone I know because you take a lot of what they get back and that's uncalled for. The agent that did my taxes out like I said she was great she's the only reason you got two stars.
