Very professional and made time for me!
Way too expensive, I am retired and of course didn't get any returns and was charged $350 to file my taxes. The agent was good though, she was fast and efficient.
I was told I'd get my money right away from one agent but but another one said 20 days. I don't have 20 days. I'm confused.
