My tax preparer Mrs. Sharon was very helpful. She explained and showed me how to upload my documents through the My Jackson Hewitt account. This feature is very fast and simple and I would recommend anyone to use it. Go see Mrs. Sharon in St. Paul's and I promise you won't leave unsatisfied.
I have been with Jackson hewitt for 8 years now and I would like to say thank you and I love the MyJH account this have been very beneficial. When I need to go back and look up any past taxes it is all here on my JH portal. If you don't use the portal you should. Thank you to the best tax preparer Ms. Sharon Moore!!!!
No one ever answers the phone....I just now received a message on my phone about an advanced loan which I did not apply for. I was asked by the tax professional Mrs. Moore if I wanted one when I went into the office a couple weeks ago and I politely declined. I tried calling the office about four different times since I did not apply for a loan wondering why I received this message and no one answered even though on the webpage it states you guys are open.....Now I had to schedule an appointment to come in which is unnecessa... read more
