I had an unusual and complex tax issue this year. I decided to try Jackson Hewitt for the first time since my usual tax service (a major company) was unable to assist me. My previous tax preparer (a major company) did not understand the complexity of my issue and left me in the cold. The Jackson Hewitt tax professional (Sunita) who prepared my taxes was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and efficient.
