My experience here was terrible. My return was prepared by someone who had trouble communicating due to a language barrier. She would not ask for help when she got stuck. I paid over \$300 for a return that took 3.5 hours. The manager promised he would make it up to me and never did. Goodbye Jackson Hewitt for good !!!!!!
