First time using them. With all of the new forms I had this year and stimulus, I figured I better get help. First after making an appointment and 4 trips later they're done. First appointment no one even showed up. I called and rescheduled for next day. The next day I show up for appointment amd again, no one there. I called and made another appointment. Next day someone there. First Lady threw a 1098t form and said I dont need it. Then she said she couldn't complete my return because he system went down I need to come back ... read more
