Excellent in every aspect of business
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had as a customer at Jackson Hewitt, I should have done it myself because now I still have to file a amendment tax return on my own cuz the unprofessional tax lady didn't put my child tax credit in and when I called her to get a copy of my 1040 she tells me that she can't give it to me until my federal taxes come
Miss Helen is the absolute BEST!! She was referred to me from my Mom. She has worked with her the last 10yrs or more, and I am so glad I allowed her to service me! So professional, sweet, polite, and meticulous. She doesn’t miss a detail. Thank you SO much for all that you do!
