I went in under the $149 or less promotion in February, mentioned the promotion, and left with $698 fees that the manager refused to adjust. UPDATE: I spoke with customer care as suggested in the reply below. They still explained nothing, could not tell me why I was charged so much, and all they repeatedly told me was to call the main office to discuss, the office that already told me they weren't going to do anything about it.
