I've used Jackson Hewitt for a couple of years now. The ppl have been very nice and explains everything when I need to ask a question. This year my boyfriend needs to file and he just keeps forgetting so I asked about dropping them off for him and she was ok with that if he wanted too. So they are very convenient for anyone. It doesn't hurt to ask questions. You'll never know what they are going to do for you unless you ask. Thank you Catherine for all yours help and understanding
