The service was prompt, I arrived 15 minutes early and the guy got started right away. I'm very happy with what I got out of it😊
I did have to wait a little bit but that is understandable. Sometimes things unexpectedly pop up. It happened during my visit, but my tax preparer was calm and professional, unlike me who was ready to start falling apart. She was knowledgeable, if I did not understand something she did not get annoyed or irritated. She explained what needed to be done in a way that I could understand.
