Posting my horrible experience here, since no one has responded to my request and I DO NOT ADVISE GOING HERE. Bringing to your attention a lousy experience at my recent "appointment" on plaza drive in palm coast. The individual was extremely hard to understand, argumentative, unprofessional, and rude. Widowed in 2021. Went to him for help filing taxes in 2022 bc I was overwhelmed by all of it. Told me I would get widows benefits for 2 years, come back and see him in 2023. Not true and when I went to see him he said he didn’t know what I was talking about and the program wouldn’t let him pick widow benefits. Then charged me to file my taxes but doesn’t take the payment to the government for what I owe and tells me I have to complete myself? What did I pay him to file taxes for.
