Totally lousy tax service! Unable to reach district manager in Modesto California for over a month. Called customer service they have no answers to any questions they direct you to contact Modesto but, no one answer. My next step is the main headquarter in Jersey! I’ve reader reviews and never no response. This is ridiculous the department of Better Business will definitely be hearing from my family and our lawyer. I had a 1099 and they charged me $345 . My old didn’t charge me that much when I was married. I made less than $40,000 a year and they charged me $345 fee
