Came to this location and had an appointment both times. First time I had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment to be seen. Second time, a walk in was taken in front of me after I had already been waiting for 30 minutes. Whats the point of having appointments if they don’t see you at your scheduled time? I would recommend a more professional location.
Mary Carson has always done a great job on my taxes, very honest and knowledgeable about her job, marvelous personality, everyone has always been friendly when I visited the office.
Mary is awsome person she always takes care of our tax needs she goes above and beyond she always makes u smile while doing your taxes. What a wonderful lady we will miss you. God bless you Mary
