I really enjoyed how Ms.evans interacted with me. She explained everything to me step by step and made my experience enjoyable.
Ms. Latoya Evans was very attentive. I originally came in, before her shift, to another woman. She told me to come back because her shift was almost over. Ms. Evans had a bright personality and helped me file my taxes efficiently.
Hadn’t had to file taxes for a number of years, so I didn’t know what to expect. Latowya Evans, was patient and took time to explain the process and the potential outcome before we even started. Throughout she stopped to explain each step. I was very pleased with her and the process.
