Location 10600 W Layton Ave. Jackson Hewitt DO NOT go here!!! Had appt. Woman NEVER showed up to our scheduled appt. NEVER called me to cancel either! When I sat at desk to wait, I called number on her desk. They insisted she was there. Well clearly NOT! Then put me on hold to go ask...came back & said she was to be in at 10am & was sick today but wait 10 more minutes to see if she shows up! REALLY! WHY IF SHE'S SICK... Walmart already told me she never comes in even when she has appointments. I guess Ms T...needs to give up... read more
