I have waited a month to get a refund from this office. They charged me for filing state taxes through them in 2023 and I found out this year 2026, that they never filed them and I had to file them myself. I have talked to the DM and Corporate yet keep getting the back and forth bs. I was told a check was being mailed and my account was escalated yet here it is almost halfway through March and still nothing and I have left messages and no return calls.
