Office staff was friendly and cordial and professional.
Nancy was working business as usually but she made it feel like VP service!
Expensive. Couldn't get a price before hand. When it was finished over $400 and that was with the discount.
Had a coupon fron their website for half off tax preparation and they still charged over 300.00 for a basic tax form. Told me that they accepted the coupon but yet never gave me my discount, will not be returning to them.
