My first time experience was great! The agent, O.C., made me feel very welcomed and comfortable being there. The only problem I had was the manager on duty denied a request for a first time client discount.
Made an appointment and waited for an hour and half, one person working and they had no clue people had appointments scheduled. I left. Never stepping foot in a JH office again.
