The process was very quick and easy and the associate was very helpful.
I cannot believe the amount of money we are charged for filing are taxes. We also need to take pictures of our forms with our phones and send them to Jackson Hewitt so a copy can be printed out for the people. Some people can't do that especially the older people. I'm planning on doing my own taxes from now.
