When I book an appointment, I expect someone to show up for my appointment. At least cancel instead of wasting my time
Worst possible place to go. Didn’t show up to two different appointments, did the taxes, incorrectly, and still I had to fight to get some of my money back considering how much they charged me. Don’t ever use this service you’ll regret it.

I would be giving 5 stars because for the last 4yrs they have done a fantastic job preparing my taxes, however this year due to a scheduling/communication error I was allowed to make an appointment online that upon reaching the local branch found out they don't even take appointments that day they're closed that day so I went to an appointment that I didn't have because the website let me make the appointment but is no reflection of the actual work of the prepare herself she was great thank youEDIT: So for years I utilize th... read more
