Made an appointment online but when I showed up nobody was there. I called the phone number and they said a manager would call me back. It never happened.
The worst tax filing experience of my life, the tax pro I worked with didn't know how to answer 80% of my questions, she could only enter data from my paperwork to the JH tax software based on automatic prompts, but when asked questions she said she's not an accountant and JH does not have any accountants on staff. They offer terrible customer service both online and by phone. It is not cheaper than working with an accountant either.
