My taxes were done wrong and I’m waiting for an explanation from my preparer, no response. I was told by Margarita that I was to get a certain amount and received $300+ less. I keep getting excuses and no results. I believe that Jackson Hewitt should stand by their guarantee and pay for the difference and I also should get my money back for the fees I paid for the service, since they were done wrong. The quality of service we received was fantastic. Margo was a thrill to work with. My general tax guy that I usually use is about half the cost. So I spent double the cost to get my taxes done through Jackson Hewitt for the same result.
