Joyce is very rude and charged me over $400 and then it rejected my return..she was rude the whole time..being very impatient..all she wanted to do was go home..and her partner was clueless also..terrible experience customer service wise..but you guys need to pass on Joyce next tax season..and I will pass on Jackson Screwit! But she finally had her boss push it through after 30 min of waiting.so at least I got my Taxes done.
