I have used Jackson Hewett in Dumfries, Virginia the past 3 year. They do a great job of working to fibd deductions that I was entitled to. This made a difference in the amount of taxes paid. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is it took several calls to get an appointment. I left voice mail messages but didn't get a call back, called once and was put on hold for over 10 minutes and noone ever picked up. I finally hung up.
