Brianna is dedicated and kind. She is hardworking and smart. It was a pleasure to work w her. Although she impressed me with initial contact, it was not her that finished my return. I would not recommend JH. Links didn't work or expired, hard to get hold of, didn't return my call despite an initial 3 hour meeting. I signed but never received a copy of the return. I was sent a link to a portal that never worked.
