I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Jackson and Hewitt. Taxes can be stressful but Aiden was competent, easy going and knowledgeable which made the experience pleasurable. I used Turbo Tax last year and had to amend the return prepared by them. I am referring everyone to Jackson and Hewitt.
Erica in Woodland, Washington was the best tax person. Super knowledgeable, kind, took the time to get to know us.
Tony was the best and very professional. However the first appointment I had reserved a time but the person (not Tony) was busy and wouldn't help me. She just shrugged and said "sorry"
Very fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. Answered all my questions. Will definitely use them next year
