DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE! I had been going here for a minimum of 15 years. Jeanne was fantastic. I brought my taxes here last year (2024) as I do every year and was informed she had retired. It was too late to go anywhere else. My husband and I went in to sign so they can submit. All was good until I reviewed the files, the preparer never included my income. Don’t bother. We took our taxes to this location in early March. They took all of the paperwork, and told us they’d call when it was done in a few weeks… and we heard nothing more. We called April 11th, 12th… by the 13th we stopped by in person, but he wasn’t there. On April 15th they told us they hadn’t filed our taxes at all, but that we owed a large amount. Turns out they just estimated it, because it ended up being 1/3 of what we ACTUALLY owe. They gave us back all our W2’s and said we should see a tax lawyer to get advi... read more

I have been going there for over 10 hrs. I always went to Jeanne. Since she has retired I thought I would try someone else(big mistake). Anne was very hard to understand and charged me over $200.00. I was only there for circuit breaker tax. She also took my charge card and swiped it to pay herself. I was intending to pay by check and she knew it.
