The in person tax session was ok. One question prevented us from completing that day and the printer prevented us from printing what we had completed. I was promised a phone call within a couple of days to complete. After many contact attempts, I finally got through to someone at the office over a week later and my taxes were magically complete. People in the office were expedient and great to work with.
The office was dirty. Should be vacuumed and cleared daily Also what should have been a simple return took over two hours. Went to use restroom was disgusting. Not fit to use. For a fiirst time customer, not a good impression. Bellingham. Office.
