Excellent service. Had minor difficulties with unfilled taxes from previous year. Tax preparer Mr. Slay, explained everything crystal clear. I Sent in my payments and received my returns no problems. Will be coming back next year.
Horrible customer service! Leon did my taxes 6-8 weeks ago for 2023-2024 never contacted me to tell me 2023 had been denied by the irs so that I could come in and give Jackson Hewitt the right paperwork! Avoid this location at all cost. I was also charged for both calendar years to file but only one was excepted. Never doing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt again!!!!!!! A bunch of time and resources wasted because now I have to go all the way to ALLERTON ave in the Bronx because there white plains location is only temporary.
