Failed to include all the documents needed by the IRS. We go back the clerk fills out the info and sends it off. We get a letter stating from the IRS that we did not respond to the IRS and as such theyre lowering our refund amount. Once and done. Will be going to a tax attorney from this point on. Charges more than H.R.Block and screwed it up and we pay the price. IRS claims they never got the updated info. The clerk claimed all the information went thru. Bet me . Our mistake , we wont use them again.
