I have used Jackson hewitt for about 10 years, they are always very helpful, knowledgeable and they take the time to explain any ans everything so there's no guess work. Stephanie at the spencer nc location is awesome, she calls to update us, make sure we have no issues and is always there to help. I will not go anywhere else to get my taxes filed, I will wait hours or days if that's wht it takes to go to Jackson hewitt because they are so helpful, thank you JH!!
